GSL Education are seeking a committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join a renowned school in South Manchester. As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' academic and personal development. You will create an engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. Year 3 Class Teacher Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Year 3. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to support all learners. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to help them grow. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement in the classroom. Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles. Organise and participate in class trips and activities to enrich students' learning experiences. Contribute to curriculum development and ensure lessons meet school-wide academic standards. Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who may need additional help. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: QTS or equivalent (such as QTLS, PGCE, etc.) is required. A degree in Education or a similar field is essential. Proven experience teaching at the primary level, ideally in Key Stage 2. Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
