Focus on WD are seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Systems Manager to join a Workday Customer who have just gone live with the Workday system.
Job Specification: Workday HRIS Manager
Location: London (3 days a week on-site)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) plus discretionary yearly bonus & benefits
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Systems Lead to join our team in London. The successful candidate will manage a team of HRIS Workday Analysts, oversee and drive forward the Workday roadmap, and ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead, guide, and upskill a team of HRIS Workday Analysts.
* Roadmap Oversight: Oversee and drive the Workday roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Change Management: Manage change initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
* Hands-On Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration and optimization of Workday modules, including Core HCM and at least x2 of the following modules – Compensation, Benefits, Learning
* BAU Support: Provide business-as-usual (BAU) support across Core HCM and other Workday modules.
* Optimization: Continuously optimize Workday processes and configurations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify Areas of Improvement: Proactively identify areas for system and process improvements.
* Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues collaboratively with the team.
* Upskilling: Upskill both the team and the business on Workday. Provide practical training for the team and best practice guidance for the business.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with a variety of stakeholders within the business and champion the "art of the possible" with the Workday System.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing and leading HRIS Workday teams.
* Strong expertise in Workday configuration and optimization, particularly in Core HCM.
* Excellent change management skills and experience in driving system improvements.
* Ability to work on-site in London for three days a week.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
