Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data solutions into accessible insights. Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction to a dedicated data team, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing and delivering modern data infrastructure (data warehousing, Azure cloud). Demonstrated success in complex data environments across multiple platforms and applications. Excellent knowledge across all aspects of modern data management, including data governance and security compliance. Strong leadership, management, and supervisory experience with a proven ability to guide high-performing teams. Highly developed data literacy, analytical, and collaboration skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable Skills: Relevant degree or management qualification. Experience with data governance, innovation frameworks, and standards implementation Knowledge of security, compliance, and frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, Cloud Data Architecture (MS/AWS), and Archimate.
