We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic English graduate to join our outstanding English Department from April 2025 for a maternity contract. It is expected that the appointee will be an excellent teacher able to inspire pupils in English lessons across the age ranges. Prior experience of teaching A Level is desirable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for an English teacher to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team in a popular and highly successful department.
This post could be full time or part time. For part time colleagues the role will be between 0.5 and 0.7 FTE, depending on contribution to the wider school. For full time applicants, the ability to contribute to teach a second subject would be advantageous.
