International Payroll Specialist sought for growing Financial Services firm!
We are currently working alongside our client, a leading boutique Financial Services firm who are looking for an International Payroll Specialist to join their growing experienced team. This position’s main responsibilities include a smooth payroll service is delivered to it’s UK and American employees not only in a timely and correct manner but adhering to all legal/regulatory requirements, all whilst giving employees an outstanding experience.
However, this role has a really interesting twist! You will also be responsible for working on some exciting projects such as process improvements, implementation projects and MI reporting/analysis. Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering three international payroll processes according to the payroll calendar.
* Maintain compliance with statutory regulations
* Handle payroll-related queries from employees and third-party suppliers.
* Oversee annual payroll processes/changes
* Provide payroll-related reports and data for statutory and internal purposes.
* Collaborate with internal HR clients, Finance teams, and other group entities.
Skills & Experience:
* In-depth understanding of the end-to-end payroll process (Ideally with American/International experience)
* Proven ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
