Duration: 4-8 weeks (filling in for someone joining who is currently working a notice)

Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation.
* Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
* Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of purchase ledger transactions.enerate and issue customer invoices.
* Monitor outstanding payments and assist with credit control.
* Post and allocate customer receipts to accounts.
* Resolve any queries related to sales invoices and payments.Data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
* Preparing financial reports and managing spreadsheets.
* Supporting month-end processes and compliance checks.
* Administrative duties to support the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
