Prospero Teaching is looking for a Head of Computer Science for a Secondary school in Hillingdon.
The school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive Computer Science department. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. The school does have a 6th form, and are ideally looking for a Computer Science specialist.
The position is open to experienced teachers looking to step up and current heads of departments. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

Minimum rate of pay: GBP200 per day (based on experience)
Hours: 8:30 am - 4 pm, plus parent's evenings
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS or equivalent
Minimum 1 year Computer Science teaching experience in the UK
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
1. Hold Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
3. Provide two professional child-related references
