What You Will Do Our Service Engineers deliver preventative maintenance, routine service, and remedial works in the field related to site-wide Fire Detection and Gas Suppression systems at customer premises. Typical systems include conventional and addressable fire detection and alarm systems, networked systems, graphics packages, and gas extinguishing systems. The successful candidate will be confident in working independently as well as part of a team, taking direction from their manager and meeting the requirements of both the customer and the business. The ideal candidate will take personal responsibility for service delivery, quality, and health and safety, acting as a role model to meet and exceed customer expectations, while also advising the customer and the business on required remedial actions and potential upgrades.
