Role Summary
To support the complaints team in providing timely and accurate complaint responses.
Resolve complaints from Members, Representatives, Actuaries, Trustees, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO).
Business Function
EQPaymaster are responsible for administering pensions and providing a complaints management service.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Working collaboratively and in partnership with stakeholders using their knowledge and understanding of complaints handling, pensions and related issues.
2. Contribute towards the quality and compliance process.
3. Completion of targeted work and to the required level of accuracy.
4. Working well within teams and supporting colleagues.
5. Professional communication in both written and oral forms.
6. Identify own training needs.

Essential
7. Complaint handling.
8. Numerate, articulate, excellent attention to detail, good grammatical skills and able to present complex information in plain English.
9. Experience of dealing with stakeholder groups/external organisations.
10. Analytical thinker with an enquiring mind.
Desirable
11. Pensions experience.
12. A good working knowledge of pensions administration software.
