We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations to join our HR Operations team. This is a HR generalist role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring our policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This is an exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across of areas of HR.

What will I do in the role?
* Provide 1st & 2nd line HR support to managers and employees
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK legislation
* Support managers within the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate HR records, producing reports for management
* Participate or lead in HR projects such as process improvement
* Administrate payroll monthly activities
