Training, Culture and Engagement Officer
We’re looking for a Training, Culture and Engagement officer to join our team to help us embed our digital strategy and improve the organisation’s skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training that meets the need of the users, in the spirit of human-centred approach. You will also create training resources for different learning needs. You will be collaborating with other team members and other teams and will champion the culture of continuous learning.
You will work directly with end-users, HR and other partners across the organisation, providing training, skills and effective support to staff and sometimes to residents as well. You will guide and advise users against a backdrop of corporate digital services, using your knowledge and expertise to engage and enthuse staff. You will work closely with users to understand their needs, as well as corporate objectives and ensure teams are equipped with available and appropriate technologies.

We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about working with people and have experience in delivering training to different audiences and have some experience in creating guidance and training materials addressing different learning needs.
You should have a grasp of modern technology platforms and services, coupled with a passion for digital innovation and driving change.
You should have exceptional communication skills and be able to simplify complex concepts.
You should also be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
