A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly team. Staffed between 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. The role will provide a central point of contact and front of house reception duties for our North Somerset receptions across three sites:
* Coast Resource Centre in Worle, Weston-Super-Mare.
* Long Fox Unit in Weston-Super-Mare (on Weston General Hospital site).
* Windmill House in Clevedon., Reception cover and support across three different sites in North Somerset.
* First point of contact for phone calls to clinical teams at sites; transferring calls, taking accurate messages and escalating as appropriate.
* Meeting and greeting patients and visitors.
* Advising clinicians when their patients have arrived.
* Room bookings.
* Opening and closing the buildings.
* Making sure the clinic rooms have everything they need.
* Sorting the post.
* Signing for deliveries.
* Reporting building defects.
Ability to travel to any of these three locations is therefore essential.
