We are seeking a motivated Site Projects Lead to join our client's growing operations team. This mobile role offers the opportunity to deliver site-based projects across the South UK and Midlands while receiving comprehensive training and development. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Manage and deliver site-based customer projects, ensuring performance meets QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) KPIs. Team Leadership: Take a lead role in fostering collaboration within a cohesive working team and engage stakeholders effectively. Site Surveys: Support the sales process by conducting thorough site surveys when required. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate site risks, ensuring all work complies with regulatory and customer requirements. Compliance and Supervision: Oversee contract teams on-site, ensuring safe practices and adherence to risk assessments. Experience & Skills Required Industry Experience: Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects within construction, building services, or a related industrial environment. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or LEV systems is highly desirable. Occupational Health & Safety: Understanding of occupational health and hazard management principles. IT Proficiency: Competent in using multiple IT systems for project tracking and communication. Leadership Skills: Experience supervising contract teams and managing project risks effectively. Education & Qualifications Maths and English to Level 2 or higher. Level 3 qualification in a technical subject (or equivalent vocational experience preferred). Mechanical or Electrical Technician qualification to Level 3 or above (or equivalent vocational experience). Relevant CSCS Card. Desirable: Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP). Formal Health & Safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH). Additional Requirements Must be a UK National.
