Planned Preventative Maintenance Administrator
Assist the service delivery team in overseeing administration assistance & support to all customers and staff.

Your new role: This role requires a dynamic, can-do and proactive individual who can assist the service delivery team.
1. Processing quotes for remedial and other PPM related works
2. Logging, booking and closing calls
3. Order processing with suppliers and third parties
4. Raising POs
5. Processing RAMS and Permits
6. Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLAs
7. Monitoring and sending daily schedules
8. Updating CRM system
What you'll need to succeed:
1. Experience in a sales / office environment
2. Experience working in a customer care/ Helpdesk environment
3. Experience and confidence working with CRM systems
4. Previous experience scheduling engineers
5. Experience of invoicing and handling POs
6. Strong customer service and relationship building skills
