Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Driving sales activity and territory coverage to meet and exceed financial targets. Collaborating closely with the marketing team on innovative marketing and promotional initiatives. Leading regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term partnerships. Staying informed about competitor strategies and activities to uncover new growth opportunities. Representing the company at trade shows and industry conferences to network and promote our offerings. General Requirements for the Role: A proven track record in business development and/or field-based sales within the Industrial market. A results-driven mindset, fueled by enthusiasm and the ambition to achieve business growth targets. A creative, innovative, and passionate approach to driving sales—think of yourself as a ‘hunter,’ not a ‘farmer.’ Exceptional influencing, communication, and negotiation skills, paired with solid business acumen and commercial awareness. A collaborative and consultative style in prospecting, working closely with internal colleagues to maximise opportunities and share insights.
