They are looking for a Complaints Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. The hourly rate is £14.83 per hour. Benefits and Package for a Complaints Advisor: Salary: £14.83 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm Contract Type: Temporary Location: Banbury Start date: ASAP Key Responsibilities of a Complaints Advisor: Acknowledging receipt of complaints via letter, email, or phone from customers, Financial Ombudsman Service or other agencies and recording them on relevant databases Investigating the details of complaints and determine company liability, utilising contacts Accurately record details of complaints received through various channels (phone, email, online forms) Thoroughly reviewing customer accounts, relevant documentation, and company policies to understand the root cause of the complaint Making informed decisions to address complaints fairly, offering appropriate compensation or solutions within company guideline Key Skills and Experience of a Complaints Advisor: Having a warm and friendly telephone manner is required Experience using digital communication systems is preferred Passion for delivering a great customer experience Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and professionalism are key attributes required Previous customer service experience is preferred If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and attributes required, please apply now Red Recruitment (Business)
