As part of the growth of the business The Waterside Hotel and Spa is seeking a General Manager as a senior role within SimpsInns which involves overseeing the entire Hotel & Spa facilities.
The hotel is currently undergoing an exciting and significant development incorporating an additional 17 bedrooms plus large spa including treatments rooms, thermal and infinity experiences.
The General manager's role will ensure sure their part of the SimpsInns organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of guests and clients. The General Manager will report to the Operations Director
Key areas of responsibility:-
Managing the day to day running of the business within SimpsInns
Setting sales targets
Managing all streams of Guest feedback
Maximising sales and profitability in all departments
Providing team with a stimulating and supportive environment
Maintaining and increasing standards of guest service
Driving team performance
Controlling the training and development of your staff
Through the effective use of company documentation ensure that all relevant control procedures are in place to deliver accurate records in all areas of the operational business
