* The Commercial Service Specialist focuses on developing and maintaining a functional, market-relevant & predictive Service Rate Calculator tool(s) for service contracts.
* Data science: The primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, completing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems to drive our product performance. Guide our developers in industrializing predictive model techniques for employing them.
Other responsibilities include:
* Develop & improve the sales and operational process and make the team more data driven.
* Big data management: analyze the data and find patterns that help to increase value for HYG and dealers.
* Identify and implement improvements to the dealer/customer experience.
* Develop and control KPI package to measure customer efficiency and advise customers on their fleet.
* Financial reporting and pipeline management for Management reviews.
Key Accountabilities
* Big Data analytics
* Development: Review the technical content of the service manuals to be aware of the most accurate maintenance and repair data.
* Data collection:
Ensures an efficient process and well-functioning tool to retrieve and register information about service costs in the field.
* Acts as a helpdesk for dealers with questions regarding the calculation of service costs.
* Customer and Dealer management
* Fleet Account Management and customer Set-up (OneXP)
* Identify and implement improvements to the dealer/customer experience.
* Provide support to commercial teams, support department colleagues with general administrative duties as required, and provide cover during absence.
Knowledge Required
* BS level education, preferably in a numerically related or Computer Science / Data Science / Decision Science and business administration disciplines.
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with data-driven work and relationship management plus hands-on data-driven work.
