Your guests and team memberswill know when you are on duty. You will be there to support and answer queries, resolve problems and have the ability to anticipate what is round the corner You’ll need to be comfortable with admin and general reception as our Late Duty Managers use all hotel systems doing reception and guest services In this all rounder role, you will be a true generalist - a porter, get behind the bar, be our evening security and safety specialist. The face that guests get to know and much more. A truly vital member of the team The team here are hands on and while you’re going to spot rota problems or sign for a delivery during our busy times you may find yourself helping with a busy check in, serving a few dishes in the restaurant or throwing some cocktails (all in one day) In this role you will be the right hand person, assisting the Hotel Manager provide the best service we can without compromising on our standards What happens next with your Late Duty Manager application?
