As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at our Woking Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.

As a Staff Nurse - Ward, you will:
1. Be part of a close-knit team headed by our matron.
2. With our consultant-led service, you will be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities.
3. You’ll interact with practitioners from other departments because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.
As a Staff Nurse - Ward, you will have:
1. Have a registration with the appropriate governing body and have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC.
2. Have post-registration experience.
3. Be an excellent communicator and team worker – plus be flexible and motivated.
4. Have the ability to fully understand each patient’s needs and provide individual attention.

We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
