As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll support the delivery of quality care by working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence. Key responsibilities include ensuring care standards, motivating the team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to help residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
* teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
* experience in helping residents with different health needs
* successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
* HR experience
* strong knowledge of sales and marketing
* budget management skills
* supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
