Role overview:
DaVita UK Ltd is looking for a Systems Administrator who will oversee third-party IT support operations, manage user support tickets, contribute to IT projects, and perform networking and system administration tasks. This role ensures efficient IT service delivery and aligns with business priorities whilst adhering to DaVita global standards. The role is office based at our head office in Colliers Wood SW19 2JD, London.
Main Duties
* Manage user support tickets with the external IT partner, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
* Oversee user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and IT inductions.
* Contribute to IT projects including Active Directory domain migrations, application implementations and system upgrades.
* Support and troubleshoot network connectivity across all DaVita locations.
* Maintain the IT asset inventory and coordinate procurement needs.
* Collaborate with the IT Manager to align operations with organisational goals.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years in a systems administrator or similar IT role.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Windows environments, including Active Directory and M365 support.
* Experience of maintaining and supporting networks across multiple sites
* Good knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practice
Preferred:
* Exposure to domain migration projects.
* Familiarity with external IT vendor coordination.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
