* Maintaining ledgers, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR) and Anti Money Laundering regulations.
* Supporting monthly and year-end cashiering duties, SAR audits, and compliance training.
* Preparing financial reports, billing forecasts, and KPIs for partners.
* Preparing bills for fee earners, reviewing matter lists and resolving issues.
* Managing office expenses, supplies, file management, archiving and ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Assisting the Partners and Operations team in ensuring smooth office operations.
What you will need:
1. At least two years' experience in a similar role within a legal firm
2. A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
