* We require candidates to have preferred experience of at least 5 years in a senior development role. You should possess the ability to lead a team effectively and have proven experience in C# and Web Development. Familiarity with JavaScript front-end frameworks such as MVC, vue.js, and web services is essential. We are looking for someone who can understand complex problems and break them down into logical steps, while demonstrating the ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail and quality. Good written and oral communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work well within a team and independently. A clear understanding of software design, usage of patterns, and test-driven development is also required. Experience working within an Agile development methodology and an understanding of financial products and services would be desirable.
Responsibilities:
* As a Lead Web Developer, your responsibilities will include maintaining existing software to ensure continuous and smooth operations. You will be tasked with the development of web and/or Windows applications that meet business requirements. You will produce and maintain documentation, designs, and diagrams as applicable. We expect you to adhere to and challenge our development methodology, including coding standards, code reviews, and unit testing. Additionally, you will propose designs for software modules and develop prototypes when necessary. Mentoring other team members will also be a key part of your role.
