Job Description
* Process and manage invoices, payments and other financial transactions
* Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
* Assist with preparation of reports and budgets
* Coordinate with other departments
* Handle supplier and customer queries related to payments and billing
* Maintain confidential financial information and ensure data accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Administrator' should have:
* Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
* Familiarity with financial software and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies
