Essential Requirements:
1. Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
2. Fluent in English
3. Excellent Verbal Communication skills
Desirable Requirements:
1. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to study towards)
2. Experience in a similar role is preferred
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs in our residential homes.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in residential homes.
2. Ensure smooth operations of the home, including helping with homework, planning activities, and completing paperwork.
3. Create a positive and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.

Benefits and Incentives:
1. Salary: Base salary of £26,844 - £33,012
2. Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you’ll do 1-2 sleep ins per month, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £1,760 per year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance – assuming good attendance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation & £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)
