About the Role
As a Project Coordinator with our clients your role will involve overseeing a variety of operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the delivery of products for external clients projects. You'll be the go-to person for managing incoming orders, dealing with aftersales queries, and ensuring product deliveries reach clients' sites from the warehouses on time. You'll be working closely with internal sales teams, external project managers, and the warehouse to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently essentially acting as the glue that holds everything together. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, with lots of opportunity to get involved in the logistics and coordination of project deliverables.

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
This is an office-based role.
Key Duties
* Managing incoming orders, ensuring that all details are captured accurately and promptly
* Liaising with internal sales teams, external project managers/customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
* Acting as a point of contact and making sure aftersales and aftercare queries are dealt efficiently.
* Ensuring products are delivered to sites on time and according to plan
* Helping to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project cycle, ensuring minimal delays
* Monitoring and tracking project progress, providing regular updates to internal teams
* Providing general administrative support to project teams.
Key Requirements
* A basic understanding of construction processes and construction deliveries.
* Experience in logistics planning or a similar background, advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external clients
* Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle issues quickly and effectively
* CRM systems and computer literate.
