Data Analyst
Overview:
Are you a data driven individual, eager to dive into the detail to extract actionable insights to support our growing global eCommerce business? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time eCommerce Data Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract, who will join our eCommerce team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Group eCommerce Specialist in the UK, this role focuses on growing eCommerce sales & winning market share on the digital shelf. The successful candidate will partner with the Marketing and Sales teams across the group globally to optimize Brand Search, Content, Availability and Product Ratings & Reviews across the full portfolio of Hero brands and customers. This role will lead the collaboration with our Digital Shelf analytics provider and will use the tool to identify opportunities and improve visibility across the group.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who has experience and is motivated by extracting insights from data. You will need to be a self-starter, able to multitask and a great team player to join a high performing, motivated team. The right person will have good interpersonal skills as well as a “can do” mindset. You will need to both support and challenge your global colleagues as well as the external tool provider to ensure an excellent service is provided.
Must haves:
* Comfortable with data and drawing insights out of it
* Experienced capability using Excel & PowerPoint
* Effective communication skills – with high attention to detail
* Self-starter, ability to multitask
* Collaborative team player, able to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage/ adapt to change quickly

Location:
Bournemouth, Dorset. This is a hybrid-working role with some working from home and the successful candidate will be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days a week. There will be travel involved with this role.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
