CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our rapidly expanding client, who require an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis to support their sales ledger and credit control department to support with a systems project. This is an opportunity to join a fast paced and successful business.
Our Portland, Dorset based client is offering this position, you will be joining a busy finance function within this modern and dynamic business that is currently going through a Systems change, you will have the opportunity also to support in creating new processes and driving efficiencies.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
• High volume reconciliations.
• Investigating discrepancies.
• Amend and update any discrepancies, working closely with the sales ledger and credit control team.
• Rasing sales invoices.
• Working closely with the finance controller to provide up to date reporting on ledgers.
• Utilising excel to manipulate data and format for reporting.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
• Confident excel user to v-look up and pivot table level.
• Worked in a previous role handling large volumes of data.
• Understanding of sales ledger processes.
• Previous finance experience.
