Administrative Assistant - Fixed Term Contract
Salary A£23,000 (pro-rata to contract period)
Fixed term contract from mid-Feb/start of March to end of September 2025
Working hours to end of May are 08:00 - 15:30 with half an hour lunch
June to end September are 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch
Office Based essential Bingley BD16

Job Description:
Holmes and Partners Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic immigration consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the case management process and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Please be aware this role is a fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Open and manage client cases on our case management system.
2. Create, send, and receive letters and correspondence with clients and external parties.
3. Maintain and update management spreadsheets to track case progress and deadlines.
4. Request, verify, and upload client documents to various databases and platforms.
Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
