Internal Sales – No cold calling
We are currently representing one of the UK's leading fire suppression companies. This business provides cutting-edge fire safety solutions to homes across the nation for over ten years. They manage the entire process in-house from design to manufacturing and the services they provide are unparalleled.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Rep to join a dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Conversion & Generation: Convert inbound enquiries into customers and proactively generate new business through calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
* Client Consultations: Conduct telephone consultations and arrange site visits to collect accurate property information and provide tailored system recommendations.
* Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
* Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to deliver relevant, informed advice to clients.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or B2C/B2B sales (experience in the construction industry is advantageous)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and resilient
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
