We have a large team of Sales Negotiators, which is continually growing. Therefore, we are always looking for driven Sales Negotiators. The Land and New Homes team is expanding and is now looking to recruit an additional sales negotiator.
You will join a team comprising of a Land and New Homes Manager, a Sales Negotiator, and a Land Negotiator.
The Role
As an NH Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings of new properties or land, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.
Requirements
1. Proven 2-3 years experience in a sales position
2. Self-driven with a can-do attitude
3. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
4. Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
5. Well organised
6. Interest in property
7. A natural Negotiator
8. A full Driving Licence
