As we embark on this next stage of growth, we are seeking a marketing assistant to support our head of marketing across a wide range of marketing functions.
Role overview
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a highly organised, creative, and proactive individual with experience in luxury marketing, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting Fromental’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, from digital campaigns to events and visual content production.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Fromental’s head of marketing, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans, improving workflow efficiency, and contributing to the brand’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities
Marketing and content coordination:
* assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media and our website
* write and edit engaging marketing copy that follows our brand guidelines, including email newsletters, blog articles, event invitations and occasional press materials
* coordinate the content calendar on Trello, ensuring marketing activities align with business objectives
* support in the execution of social media campaigns and giveaways in partnership with our social media manager
* support in briefing external agencies (social media, ECRM, SEO, PR).
Design and visual content management:
* assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as collection portfolios, lookbooks, event invitations, and digital assets using Adobe or Canva
* oversee the organisation and accessibility of marketing images, ensuring files are structured, optimised, and easily shareable e.g. via Dropbox
* help coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
PR and event support:
* liaise with our UK and US PR agencies, ensuring they have access to the latest assets and brand updates
* assist in planning and coordinating events, including press previews, showroom activations and brand collaborations.
E-commerce website management:
* regularly update and maintain website content, including product listings, imagery, and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns
* collaborate with the head of marketing to prepare and upload engaging blog posts that reflect brand voice and resonate with our audience
* work closely with our SEO partner to implement best practices, enhancing site visibility and search rankings.
General marketing support and administration:
* maintain a structured marketing workflow, ensuring projects stay on track
* assist with budget tracking for marketing activities
* conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and creative, with a passion for luxury design and marketing.
Essential skills and experience:
* one to three plus years’ experience in marketing role (preferably in luxury interiors, fashion, design or art)
* strong copywriting and editing skills
* experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva for marketing collateral creation
* organised and efficient with excellent project management skills
* experience in e-commerce marketing
* strong communication skills
* familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic SEO/digital marketing principles
* a proactive mindset – able to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
