As the business continues to grow, they are recruiting for a talented Brand Project Manager to join their growing team who are located in a brand new, state of the art office, designed to encourage collaborative working, teamwork and creativity.
The Brand Project Manager is responsible for project, resource and stakeholder management for the brand, design, artwork & animation teams. Working closely with the trading, CRM, social, studio and brand teams to plan short, mid and long term projects, ensuring resources are prioritised to business priorities and plans.
This role will ensure the digital design, artwork & animation teams are briefed with the right information at the right time to ensure quality work is delivered on time for the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Running small to large scale design and brand initiatives, with a high degree of project management Create & manage a resource plan for digital design, artwork and animation teams and aligning with business needs and priorities Manage the design briefing process (inc, but not limited to themed briefs), improve processes and manage timelines and deadlines for briefs, responses, feedback and delivery of work with all stakeholders Create and implement design team principles with responsibility for communication & meetings between the design teams and the rest of business to ensure everyone is clear on design plans Work with the design, artwork & animation leads to develop the digital design team and ensure all team members have the relevant skills to execute all digital design tasks, as well as a complete awareness and understanding of the brand guidelines and brand partners creative direction.
The successful candidate will have substantial project management experience including managing briefs, response to briefs and delivery of briefs. They will have the ability to build and manage resource plans across a large team and communicate at a very high level with multiple stakeholders to align resource to business needs. The ability to manage processes and deliver results with a high degree of commercial awareness is essential for this role and whilst this role has no direct reports, experience of managing a team of resources is crucial.
