Duties of the Customer Service Administrator: Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner Answer all customer calls taking full ownership Deal with Customer complaints Deal with order queries, pricing queries and invoice queries Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business Weekly order report for Head of Operations and CS&S Manager. Managing and using all 3rd party portals and managing customer expectations Ensuring all tasks for all roles being undertaken are completed and covered according to tasks, role requirements and job descriptions. Assist with any short-term work required within the business. Assist Team Leader in meetings when required Additional Information for the Customer Service Administrator: Must be computer literate and knowledge of CRM Systems. Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment Strong communication skills, written and verbal Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads. Salary and Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 30 Minute lunch. £27,000 Per Annum Rising to £27,675 Per Annum once fully trained. Swindon location.
