People & Culture Compliance Officer - Permanent As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a credible and trusted People & Culture Compliance Officer to provide a proactive and effective administration service for HR and Learning & Development Reporting & Compliance. Collaborating with internal colleagues and external training partners in developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure the effective provision of training for our colleagues. This role is permanent, with a starting salary of £26,796 per annum with potential to increase to £29,221 per annum after key competencies required of the role are met. About the role: The People & Culture Compliance Officer will be highly organised in planning and scheduling of core mandatory and role specific training, ensuring training attendance is maximised and all employees are 100% compliant, to support Learning & Development compliance. To support the HR compliance, will involve collating organisational data and HR Management Information, providing accurate reports, within set deadlines, ensuring effective data management and retention. About you: To be successful in the role of our new People & Culture Compliance Officer, you must have a minimum Level 3 qualification or possess the equivalent experience. You must also be able to demonstrate the following skills: A focused approach with the ability to engage and connect with people, building relationships to achieve successful outcomes. A proficient and confident user of technology, such as HR and Payroll systems, Word, Excel, Document Management and Microsoft Teams. An effective communicator, and the ability to provide solution focused advice and support. Attentive to detail, understanding the importance of producing accurate data for decision making. Structured and organised to ensure the successful achievement of your objectives.
