You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be, owning your shifts to drive individual and restaurant performance.

2. Are ready to run shifts, planning shifts to ensure we have the right cover and love working with the team, coaching on the go.
3. Have an understanding of managing labour and rotas and are ready to learn about the financial performance of your restaurant.
