My client, based in Wokingham, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting time to join a company that offers progression Duties include: Speaking to customers via phone and email. Assisting with enquiries and taking orders. Processing orders. Liaising with other teams. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Updating the systems and keeping the database up to date. Other ad hoc tasks as and when required. Essential criteria: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good IT skills including MS Office. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
