Role:
1. Attend properties to carry out inspections and assess damage/disrepair (including voids); establish its cause and determine responsibility
2. Identify existing and potential future maintenance issues and report them to the Property Services Team
3. Supervise contractors work on site as necessary and report concerns regarding performance and conduct
4. Carry out post inspections and scheduling of works within set timescales
Maintenance Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:
5. ONC/HNC/NVQ qualification or similar professional qualification is desirable
6. Full Driving License – essential
7. Knowledge and understanding of building construction, maintenance, and social housing legislation
8. Good communication and customer service skills
9. Health and safety legislation knowledge
