Social Worker – Child Protection and Permanency
Liquid Personnel are currently looking for experienced social workers to join a Child protection and permanency team in the East Midlands. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority that offers a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go along with their GOOD Ofsted rating.
Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker:
* Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.
* Prepare assessments, CiN reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records of files.
* Take part in team meetings and participate in team development.
* Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required.
