This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate learning and development professional to drive and shape the company's training strategy, ensuring employees reach their full potential. This role is a 12-18 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
3. Identify learning needs through consultation with key stakeholders.
4. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
5. Oversee the development of e-learning and digital training solutions.
6. Support leadership development and succession planning.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of learning methodologies and training delivery.
3. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs.
5. CIPD qualification in Learning & Development (or equivalent) is desirable.
