Purpose of Role: Responsible for a wide spectrum of logistics tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering to customers (using PDS vans)
* Maintain a high level of professionalism when delivering to clients
* Warehouse Stock Management, including movements, consolidation, stock-checks
* Accept goods-in ensuring correct paperwork is received, checked, and processed on company systems
* Adhere to the Company’s health & safety policies at all times, both within the Warehouse and whilst out on the road
* Picking / packing to excellent levels of accuracy for defined client group
* Consignment labelling, completion of delivery notes
* Maintain stock system information (full training given relating to PDS systems)
* Loading and unloading vans / lorries using FLT equipment (flexi / reach)
* Support co-workers as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Preferred to have experience in a busy professional warehouse
* Required: Full clean UK driving license held for 12 months
* Preferred candidates will have flexi and counterbalance licenses
* Experience with working with customers, working in a professional manner across written and verbal methods
* PC literate, with working experience of Microsoft Office (emailing, excel, word) and the ability to learn in-house stock systems
