I am a 30-year-old lady living in Kenilworth with my father, who is my main carer, and we would be your Employers. I suffer from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, commonly known as ME, which causes me to have severe and debilitating fatigue, painful muscles/joints and affects my mobility greatly. As I am unable to walk or stand, I am a wheelchair user and need assistance in transferring into and out of my chair. I require a personal assistant for support to maintain my independence at home and when out. Due to the nature of my disability, I am unable to complete most of my personal care and daily living tasks.
