Job Description:
Our fantastic client based in Quedgeley is currently recruiting a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. With over 40 years of industry experience, this is an exciting time to join this growing business.
The successful candidate will directly support the Customer Service Manager, and the aim of your role will be to take new enquiries, process orders as well as some outbound sales work.
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Deal with telephone enquiries.
2. Process incoming orders on internal system.
3. Reach out to prospective customers with the aim of bringing new clients into the business.
4. Manage internal diary system.
5. Generate reports and tracking of own work to pass onto management.
6. Follow up with quotations.
7. Send follow up emails and letters.
8. Gain experience on company product offering.
9. Any other ad hoc office and administration duties as required.
Key Attributes:
* Team player
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5pm
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + free daily lunches, free parking, and a company bonus!
