* Strong C# .Net backend development experience
* Mentoring, technical, and team leadership skills, with the ability to coach and build a successful engineering team
* Experience in developing APIs
* Good knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Elastic Beanstalk, and Cloud Formation
* Good knowledge of databases such as SQL, MySQL, T-SQL, Redis, and Couchbase
* Collaborative with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Take a senior, hands-on role in an Agile team to develop game mechanics into readily deployable APIs, focusing on scalability and resilience
* Work across the full software development lifecycle, from inception through to release
* Build highly available applications using a variety of technologies, primarily focusing on backend C#, T-SQL, Redis, and AWS
* Provide mentoring and technical guidance to the team, prioritizing delivery while remaining hands-on
* Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes
* Evaluate and contribute to technology and process improvements
