Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance team covering NHS sites in Southampton and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities will include: To undertake a range or horticulturally based maintenance activities including the cutting and strimming of grass, hedge cutting, pruning, planting and weed spraying. To carry out a range of maintenance activities including installation of fences, painting, marking out of sports pitches and erection and dismantling of goal posts Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery and maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery Ensuring trailers are attached safely and as instructed and comply with legal requirements. Key requirements: Full UK driving licence with towing trailer Experience of gardening and gardening power tools Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
