Outbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote, Start dates in April 2025. Key points Major UK insurance company (trusted by millions). Completely remote position. 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 09:30-14:30. Basic salary of £15,333 (FTE of £23,000). Average bonus of £500. Great benefits, training and progression. The Role in a Nutshell Youll be making outbound sales calls to current, ex-, and potential customers, helping them choose the best insurance products for their appliances or devices. This is a remote role where resilience, rapport-building, and motivation are key to success. If youre self-motivated, great at building rapport, and thrive in a remote environment, this role is built for you. Day to day, you will be; Calling customers with new products, campaigns and offers Helping customers decide on the best package for them You will be given two weeks initial training, and then ongoing support in your role to ensure you flourish, and achieve your targets. There is lots of opportunity for internal progression within the company. What experience do you need to apply? You will need a background in targeted sales, preferably in a volume environment. This experience can be from selling on the phone or face to face. This does not need to have come from a regulated environment. You do not need to have worked a remote role before, but we will be looking to determine that you have the space and motivations to do so effectively.
