The Opportunity As a Systems Engineer in this dynamic and collaborative role, you'll work on: Seeker chain simulations covering radar propagation, hardware response, and embedded algorithms. Developing sophisticated models and coding directly in tools such as MATLAB and Simulink. Supporting field trials, lab testing, and systems studies on Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs) and multi-mode sensors. Innovating solutions in multi-national engineering teams while interacting with key stakeholders.You'll have the chance to contribute to high-profile projects like Future Cruise Anti-Ship Weapon (FC/ASW) and Meteor, which feature cutting-edge technologies. What We're Looking For We're seeking proactive, adaptable individuals with a STEM degree (or equivalent experience) and a passion for innovation. Essential skills include: Modelling and coding expertise. Experience in algorithm development and data analysis. Strong technical report writing skills.While not essential, experience in the following areas is desirable, and we'll provide support to develop these skills: Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink. Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing. Experience in formal software or firmware development. Familiarity with model verification, configuration control, and machine learning/AI.
