Companionship - being a friendly face and providing emotional support. Supporting people with their personal care e.g getting dressed and bathing. Administering medication i.e. tablets, medicines, creams and patches. Helping people to move around their home using safe techniques and equipment Promoting people's health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full and as independently as possible. Right to work in the UK - we do not provide sponsorship Full and valid UK driving licence Access to a car for work Excellent level of English We Care About You We understand that you might have your own family to care for and this role offers the flexibility to work around your own home life. You can choose between full-time or part-time work; all you have to do is simply tell us your availability. We ask that you can commit to at least 2 shifts per week, and work alternate weekends. We have early and late shifts available: Early shifts - 7:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Late shifts - 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm or 4:00pm - 10:00 pm We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer: An excellent rate of £12.50 per hour with paid travel time. Time and a half on bank holidays. Additional mileage allowance of 21 pence per mile A share of £300 every 2 months for 100% attendance.
