Main duties of the job
The purpose of the Team Leader (TL) position is to provide on-going professional and clinical leadership to the Recovery team who are delivering post-operative care, whilst working collaboratively with the clinicians (surgeon and anaesthetist) as part of the wider multi-professional team. The Team Lead will support all international staff, preceptees and new starters joining the Anaesthetics, Critical care and Theatre team at RCHT.
